One precious drop at a time.

There’s no rushing coffee at Vesta, because it’s gotta be done right. We let cold water work through the grounds slowly — hours of it — pulling out everything good and leaving the bitterness behind. What drips into the flask at the bottom is clean, strong, and honestly kind of remarkable.

We could make our cold brew faster. We don’t. That’s not how we do things here.
