Tartufi al Caramello con b***o salato.

Silky butter caramel with a touch of sea salt, under a shell of dark chocolate thin enough to break at the first touch.

This is not a restrained chocolate. It was never meant to be.

Rolled by hand in our atelier. Best eaten in one.

Unmistakably fresh cacao. Unmistakably aged Champagne. The combination even the devil couldn’t resist.

Just a few simple ingredients turn into one of the day’s great pleasures. Flour, butter, sugar, a whisper of salt — and chocolate we obsessively craft in-house from prized cacao beans.

Ecco. Peach Pie Sundae.

Milky fior di latte laced with peach compote, pie crumbs, brown sugar crema, a scattering of thyme.

Peaches and cream, the simplest pleasure mid-summer. Light on the palate, full on flavor.

Confettura di Pesche.

Sun-ripened peaches picked at the peak of summer — fragrant, soft, weighted with juice. We preserved that moment into a glass jar, so we can enjoy it a little while longer.

Spread it thick on toasted bread with fresh butter. Spoon it over yogurt. Simple things, done beautifully.
