I have many experiences in life that “fill my cup” but creating Blessing Boxes for others is one that I don’t take for granted.
Here’s something you may not know about me…
I know grief all too well.
I’ve experienced terrible loss.
I’ve almost given up because of the pain.
I lost my faith.
I’ve seen friends & family show up for me in my grief. I’ve felt the comfort of a warm blanket & know the meaning behind it. I’ve paged through devotionals during my worst times, only to have my faith come back tenfolds. I’ve held on to a small cross, even when I didn’t feel like I had anything else to hang on to. I’ve soaked long hours in my bathtub, trying to numb the pain. I’ve sipped coffee out of a mug that reminded me of how far I’ve come.
These items meant for Blessing Boxes mean something. They tell a story. They give a hug. They remind others of their loved one’s memory & the goodness of those still around them. They bring light in a dark place. They can last.
Blessing Through Grief was created from my desire to give back to others & to remind others of His love for us through grief & hardships.
Please know that when you send a Blessing Box, it means more than you know.
