Getting ready for school to start. Does your student actually go to a school where they issue books? Can you look on their screen and offer to perhaps help with their homework? Sometimes it's easier to help from a book, even if it's not the same one your student uses. But in math, 1+1=2 no matter which book your student uses - the concepts are the same though they may be presented on different pages. Now's a great tiime to get some materials if you homeschool, or supplement your personal stash of educational items to enable you to help your child with homework - since many schools no longer have actual books but rely totally on computers.

Really good stuff in camp, at home, and great for life’s emergencies, be it something to eat when your power is out, or expanding that soup or casserole when unexpected guests arrive.

They have the best shelf life of any food…and they cook super FAST when you’re camping or hiking (or stuck at home with no power😩) !!! Alan’s Castle booth #398 has all a super variety available to see! Be sure to stop in and try a variety of foods that don’t go bad when the power goes out!

Long ago, there was a Russian named Sasha Simmel who immigrated from Russia to Brazil where summers simmer even more than here in Alabama. And the Amazon jungle is a place where some adventures could easily be more than you bargained for. As a young teenager I read of Sasha's adventures in his biography, "El Tigre." While I don't have a copy I could sell, I heartily recommend you search for one. The question answered is "How does a Russian learn to hunt Jaguars with a spear and live - even though his mentor does not?" Don't forget our dehydrated foods are tax free for 2 months.
