If I'm being honest, this business can drive you absolutely crazy sometimes. 😂

Last-minute changes. Crazy timelines. Long days. Something always seems to need fixing, finding, moving or adding.

But one thing that makes this job a whole lot easier is having good people in your corner.

Jennie Weller Catering and Events is one of those for us. In the almost 3 years we've been at Brendle, we've worked together A LOT. And one thing I learned pretty quickly—we have each other's back.

If they need something, we're going to do everything we can to make it happen. And when we need something, they're the kind of people we can call too.

In a business that can be a little crazy, working with good people makes life a whole lot easier. ❤️

Somebody WILL notice.

Here's how serious I am about straight chairs. 🤪

Back when I was planning weddings, I never paid to have someone set the chairs. Most of the time my folks would get them into rows, but then I would go behind them and personally touch every. single. chair.

I'd straighten them, space them and make sure every row was exactly where I wanted it. Was that a little obsessive? Probably. 😂

Fast forward to now, and apparently owning the rental company hasn't cured me.

This ceremony had to move under a tent as a last-minute rain plan. It would've been really easy to get the chairs under cover, get them close enough and move on.

But LOOK at those rows. 👏
Straight. Evenly spaced. Exactly like they're supposed to be.

Listen, we don't always get it right. Nobody does. But I want us to care about the details—and I want to notice when our team gets them right, too.

Sometimes “Somebody WILL Notice” isn't about catching what's wrong. Sometimes it's about noticing when somebody took the extra few minutes to get it right.

And these chairs? I noticed. 🥰

One of the cool things about this industry is how one relationship leads to another.

This was our first event with Cameron Faulkner Weddings, and we actually have Vinson Floral Design to thank for connecting us.

What started as a pretty standard rental order grew...and grew...and grew. 😂
By the time event day rolled around, we were elbow deep in it all! And honestly, that's one of the best compliments you can give us.

Trust us with a little. Then trust us with a lot.

Cameon was an absolute sweetheart to work with, Amanda knocked it out of the park, and this whole setting was just gorgeous.

We're really grateful when another vendor trusts us enough to put our name in front of their clients—and even more grateful when it turns into a new relationship.

Thanks for the introduction, Amanda. ❤️ And Cameron, we can't wait to do it again!

Somebody WILL notice.

This tent was up.

It was nighttime. We were working in the middle of the street. And technically...we could've called it done.

Except I noticed something. One of the mids wasn't right. Was it a huge problem? Not necessarily.

Would everyone have noticed it? Probably not.
Did I notice it? Yep.
And once I saw it, I couldn't unsee it. 🧐

So I told the guys we needed to take it down and change it. We didn't even have what we needed onsite. I'm sure I was their absolute favorite person at that moment. 😂

But here's the thing: “Nobody will notice” isn't a standard.

And listen—we don't always get it right. We're still working on this every single day. But if we see something that isn't right and we have the ability to fix it, I want us to fix it.

Even when it's inconvenient. Even when it's late. Even when it means taking part of a tent back down in the middle of the street. Details matter.

Somebody WILL notice.
And sometimes...that somebody is me. 😂
