Two huge tree limbs fell on the power lines between my house and the pole.

Paying out the w***o to have them removed so Alabama Power can come back and reconnect the power.

No idea when this will be finished.

Folks, I do not have a photographic memory. I am bad at remembering names.

Please do not assume that I will remember your name ... especially if you have not been to the store in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or more years.

Also, if your name is not a common name or you have a different spelling please spell your name and do not get offended if I don't automatically know that you spell "Jasmine" with a "z" instead of an "s" and a double "n" .... "Jazminne".

Some names have lots of variations .... instead of the common "y", it might be just an "i", or an "ie", or even an "ee" or a "ye", etc.
