Hotels & Resorts Double Tree Hilton in Downtown Montgomery, AL. I chose this hotel so that I could travel to cook Thanksgiving dinner for my son. I checked in and started cleaning the counters and cabinets and ended up using 2 small Lysol wipes containers THEN noticed the oven, I called the front desk and they said they would send somebody to try and clean it. I'm unpacking and prepping to cook and noticed an hour had passed, I called the front desk again.. they sent someone this time Ms. Monica, who was an Angel but this was no job for a human. Manager decided to change my room, we went to 3 other rooms just as filthy, decided on one that could be cleaned and Ms. Monica cleaned it. I was so busy and locked in on the stove, we didn't notice the holes and water damage in the ceiling. The manager was extremely rude and condescending as if he was mad I'd bought attention to this foolishness. I want my money back!!
