Our little baby girl, Alice Grace, turned one today.
How?!

I had great plans to take you along the wild ride of running a flower farm/wedding venue with a baby and three other littles in tow.
To show you the crazy, the beautiful, the balancing act, the odd hours worked.
Great plans. 😂

But time goes so fast.
If motherhood and flower farming have taught me anything, it’s that everything is a season. Each season with its own beauty and difficulty. Everything so fleeting, the flower and the little baby.

This year wasn’t easy.
We may have had a shortage of time and sleep.
But no shortage of beauty or snuggles. 💗
Goodness. We’re truly so blessed.

Sorry I didn’t take you along for the ride as much as I planned. Thank you for your continued support of our family farm anyway. (Even when that meant you received an email reply at 11 pm or a baby showed up at the end of an on-farm workshop.)

Here’s to another beautiful year.
(I know from experience that farming with a one year old is no easier than a baby 😂 but worth it!) Ready and excited for this next season!

Maybe this time I’ll succeed at showing you a little more behind the scenes. Maybe. 😉

The entire farm- just for you and your person.

Every couple that chooses to get married at Graceful Acres gets a complimentary property rental for engagement photos.

All of our flower fields, our lovely 100 year-old event barn, Posey the antique flower truck- all beautifully prepped and ready to use during Golden Hour with your favorite photographer.

… By the way, we have the photographer recommendations if you need them!

Thank you for your excitement about on-farm floral workshops!
(A few seats are left for: August 30th, September 13th, and September 26th)

Another big thank you for support at the Kirby Auxiliary Market on the Prairie today!
It was SO much fun to chat with so many of you! And such a surprise to sell out so quickly.

You've spent the last few weeks taking care of everyone else. Come spend an evening doing something just for you.

A relaxed, beautiful evening on the farm where you'll walk our fields, slow down for a few hours, and leave with something you designed using stunning locally grown flowers.

This fall we're offering two workshop options here at Graceful Acres:

Field & Flower Evening (glass vase arranging workshop)— August 30th or September 26th

Premium Centerpiece Workshop — September 13th

(We shared these first with our email community. Huge thank you to those already joining us!)

Both workshops are relaxed, beginner friendly, and intentionally small so every guest gets the evening they deserve.
