It’s with very heavy hearts that we announce the upcoming closing of V***r Pit in Somerset and Monticello, KY.
After 13 amazing years of helping thousands & thousands of people make the switch from combustible ci******es, the time has come for us to say goodbye. Unfortunately, increasing government regulations and laws influenced by Big To***co have made it impossible for small, independent v**e shops like ours to survive. Big To***co now holds the monopoly—with only their products approved by the FDA—and more restrictive regulations are expected to take effect in January 2026.
If you haven’t reached out to your Congressman or Senator, it’s not too late to make your voice heard and help protect va**ng rights here in Kentucky. Sadly, it is too late for us.

Probably our last chance to save v***r products!! If you've been having trouble finding what you want it's only about to get worse they have been seizing millions of dollars of products at the distributor level... by December you won't be able to find anything if you don't take action now! I know we've asked many times before, but I think even you the consumer can see this time is different. The FDA HHS and federal agents are raiding our distros.. if va**ng has made a difference in your life please do not sit on your hands, Trump said he saved va**ng in 2018 & he kind of did and he said in this campaign he would do it again, he has not, let's hold him accountable!

Let's start laying the ground work. Two volleys of calls 11am and 2 pm daily, to concentrate their effectiveness. We need to be blowing up the phones and sending emails.

CALL TO ACTION
All v***r products are being targeted by the federal government. American manufactured along with Chinese products are not being differentiated. We need everyone - consumers and industry members alike - to send a message before ALL V***R PRODUCTS are outlawed and confiscated.

Target Chinese products - not American companies who have only tried to comply and are now paying the price! We need PMTA reform, not blanket seizures and bloated policies that only favor Big To***co products!”

Be sure to reach out to your state reps & thank them for taking away your right as an adult to choose what you think is a safer alternative...No, really, call them, email them, BUG THE S%@ # OUTTA THEM! We begged for the consumer to help in March/April, with very little response. Here's the result of sitting on our hands. Only chance now is to flood their offices with so many calls & emails that they MIGHT consider repealing HB11. Otherwise, Oneida is about an hour drive for ya! .

Savannah Maddox was the only rep who spoke up for us, spoke of hundreds of KY biz being closed down & about taking away adults right to choose. Tab you Ms. Maddox! If you're in her district, you are lucky.. what a well spoken, no nonsense, less government, kinda lady.... she agreed that legit v**e shops are not the problem with youth va**ng... it's all the C Stores, most owned by foreign entities. They will sell to anyone..WE DON'T but are being punished by their negligence. I pointed out to them, you can buy any flavored achohol you want.. where? IN A AGE GATED 21+ LIQOUR STORE.. Which is exactly what we proposed. V**e only stores, no Delta, no head shop items, just v**e. Be plenty easy to monitor & hold limited stores accountable!
