We had a wonderful time at last week’s fair! Thanks to everyone who came out. A highlight was having two different families tell us they showed up because they saw our knives would be for sale.

Two extra spicy blades for sale today! The top is 1084 High Carbon Steel in a harpoon blade style with a tapered tang for balance and stabilized birdseye maple bolsters on an orange and black g-10 handle. The bottom is a big camping knife of 80CRV2 steel with Jade Ghost g-10 bolsters on a textured canvas Micarta handle - tang also tapered for balance. Both ship with sheath. DM to purchase!

Two 8” Gyuto-style chef’s knives for sale! As always, our knives are made of high-carbon steel that will hold an edge longer than stainless steel.

The first is curly maple with a black fiberglass composite G10 handle cap.

The second is local walnut with a black fiberglass composite G10 handle cap.

The hardwood in both has been resin-stabilized to ensure it holds up to regular washing.

Clownfish is 1084 High Carbon Steel with tapered full tang construction (read: balanced), and Hunters Orange G10 / Stabilized Birds Eye Maple handle scales. Includes matching orange kydex sheath set up for inside waist band carry.
