Our company is looking for similar trades other than Floor Covering. We have about 3000 feet in a very prime area in Mooresville Showroom/Office Space/Warehousing. That being said. I think this would be a great opportunity for a water damage/Mitigation companies, kitchen and bath remodelers and Custom Builders etc…
We know if we can reduce the overhead here with others… It will lower your overhead big time and give better pricing to our customers in the Lake Norman areas! Please PM me if interested.
