There are moments in a career that invite reflection, gratitude, and the courage to embrace what's next. For me, this is one of those moments.
After more than 3 decades behind the chair and nearly 3 decades as the proud owner of BOND Beauty, I have the privilege of beginning an exciting new chapter.
Throughout my career, I've discovered that my greatest passion extends beyond creating beautiful hair. It lies in developing people, strengthening teams, cultivating exceptional client experiences, and helping businesses thrive. Those experiences, combined with my graduate studies in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, have inspired the next evolution of BOND Beauty.
For more than 35 years, I have had the privilege of consulting, educating, and developing salon professionals around the world. Today, BOND Beauty is evolving to reflect that passion. While consulting will become my primary focus, I will continue to provide salon services for a limited number of existing guests in a private studio by appointment. This allows me to maintain the meaningful relationships I have built over the years while dedicating more time to consulting and education.
