Bethany & Daniel in The Gingered Farmhouse at 166 North Broad in July…and Bethany & Daniel in Stardust Skate Shop at 166 North Broad in August. Two {really proud and kinda exhausted😅} small business owners who are coming off a huge move relocating their shops to their dream locations over the last three weeks.

I had to find someone to take over the remaining time of my lease on Broad and I knew I couldn’t commit to the move until the right person came along. I was nervous about the whole process and really didn’t know where to start. But God knew who the right person was and Daniel and I were put in touch with each other. I could tell from the moment he walked in the door that he adored the space and that he was going to take good care of it. I prayed constantly over the process that if it was right, that it would work out. And that’s what happened. The lease reassignment was approved and it was time to announce the moves.

The last few weeks in there were definitely bittersweet, but as I started to transition the space for Daniel (like painting the walls back to white from Ginger…) I felt the peace that my time there was done. I was preparing it for someone else as I was preparing my heart for my next adventure.

I stopped by today to see the new setup. It looks so cool as a SKATE SHOP!! Daniel and his crew have worked so hard and the place looks awesome. I’m so happy for him and could tell while talking to him how happy he is to be there.

The first week open in our new location has been so awesome. I am absolutely obsessed with the space and honestly feel like I’m H🧡ME. My heart is happy and I know every single detail in the last few months leading to this moment has been right. It worked out exactly how it was supposed to.

When you support local in this town, you’re supporting people like me and Daniel. People who have put their heart and soul into running and growing their businesses and are SO THANKFUL for this new opportunity.

Daniel and I may have very different businesses 😂😂 but we will always have 166 North Broad in common and I will surely be cheering him on from across the tracks!!
