For items not personalized you have 7 days from delivery to return item for store credit. Item must be new, not worn and still in the same condition. You are responsible for return shipping. I always try my best to give you reviews on an item before purchasing. We are all different and like our items to fit differently but I will give you details before ordering. Shipping - Once the order is complete I will ship it out and send you tracking information. All items are shipped through USPS. Once an item is in the hands of the post office I am no longer responsible for it. If something happens to your item during transit please notify me ASAP.
