’Tis finally spooky season! 🎃👻
(At least in our book 😁)

We got some new creepy little friends in the Shoppe just in time… and of course we had to see what they looked like under the blacklight!! 🤣💀✨

Safe to say, they’re even cooler in the dark. 🤯

We're here all weekend to help you get in the mood! There's nothing that says 'Halloween' like the little witchy headshop off the side of the road..👻🧙🎃

JimBob’s "cousins" need some help!! 🐾🙏

These little orange buggers are currently being cared for by someone who has been a wonderful help to us with JimBob in the past, and we wanted to return the favor and help however we can in getting more magical kitties the care they need.❤️

And yes, we'd love your help! Over the coming weeks, we’ll have a donation can at Cloud Nine to help with the cost of getting them properly vetted and spayed/neutered.

A huge thank you to everyone who has already donated! There is absolutely no pressure to donate — we just wanted to give them a spot here in case anyone has a few dollars or even some loose change to spare and would like to help. Every little bit adds up. 🏥

🏡 They’re also looking for GOOD forever homes! If you have a stable, loving home and are prepared to provide lifelong care, please reach out and we can help get you connected. All potential homes will be verified, and each kitty will be properly vetted and fixed before going home. Depending on how much has been raised at that point, adopters may be responsible for all or part of the vetting and fixing costs for their kitty.

If you’re able to toss a few dollars or even some loose change in their donation can over the next few weeks, we’d really appreciate the help — and if not, sharing this post helps too! 🐱❤️

Friendly reminder that the Shoppe is open this weekend, and that we WILL be here for the parade this Sunday! Saturday (tomorrow 8/8) will be like normal, so if you want to avoid the traffic / park at the Shoppe, we'd recommend coming tomorrow. On Sunday 8/9, the parade will close the street leading to the Shoppe for a few hours, and our parking lot won't be accessible as a result. We'd still love to see you, though!! Feel free to park on any adjacent roadways (where allowed), or anywhere else publicly accessible. We're just a straight walk down North Main St.!

If you decide to come Sunday, know that you're welcome to stay and enjoy the parade with us!! It's always a great time and a great way to remember history. We'll be collecting donations for Plainfield's VFW / handing out flags throughout the parade. Hope to see some of you there! 💜🌸🇺🇸

There's always been something special about those drives... ☀️🚗
No rush. No destination that really matters. Just good friends, good music, the windows down, and our magic little shop that somehow became part the tradition. 🤘

For so many people, Cloud Nine hasn't just been somewhere to stop in—it's been an adventure. You take the joyride down, wander the store, laugh about the weird things you find, pick up a little something (or a few little somethings😁), and leave with another memory to add to the stack..❤️

We’ve heard stories like that for decades, and it’s one of our favorite parts of being here since 1988. 💜 Thanks for making us part of so many joyrides, road trips, and weekends. And here's to keeping that feeling alive!! ✌️🌼💛

So… we finally figured it out!! 🤫🌿

For the longest time we were SO confused how all these online Raw cone sellers (looking at you Amazon😤) had these random 100-count packs (or 50s, 200s, whatever) for less retail $ than we could even buy the regular smoke shop boxes directly from RAW. 🤔😩

Well it turns out they weren’t buying those prepacked boxes at all!

They've been buying the BIG manufacturer bulk cases and packing them into smaller quantities themselves, then reselling at a lower cost.

Cue the light bulb moment 💡..Why can't we do the same at Cloud Nine?!? 🧐😁

If you’ve been stuck without your usual online cone hookup (sorry RI😢)—and/or you’ve wanted to support a groovy local shop but without giving up those online prices—we get it. That’s exactly why we're doing this.
