Here’s something most people don’t realize about small business owners…
Just a little heart-to-heart today. 💛
I’ve always been pro-kindness, but I might hold firmer to the importance of this each day.
I never truly understood what goes into running a small business until I lived it.
There’s a whole world behind the scenes that people don’t see; 17-hour days, family members helping , constant learning, and pouring your heart into something you believe in.
So here’s a little reminder that I think many small business owners will agree with:
Running a small business is a labor of love.
Behind every product is a real person (or family) trying to serve others well.
If you ever have a concern or problem with something you’ve purchased, please reach out to the business owner first before commenting or leaving public feedback we truly want the chance to make it right, help understand, etc. Most of us deeply care about what we offer, and we want to make it right. We are people too, not just products.
Kindness, communication, and understanding go such a long way in helping small businesses grow and continue to serve their communities well.
Thank you for supporting small.
Thank you for choosing people over corporations.
And thank you for giving grace when it’s needed most.
You keep dreams alive. 💫
