The mackeral fishing remains excellent and will only get better. These couple days of N wind should really get them fired up. Precious Metal Lures had a good week at I-Cast last week. We were asked to enter the blitz jig into the new lure of the year award but we didn’t get down in time to make the deadline. We did get orders from four more countries and are now on all three coasts in the US. We are also going to be featured in another magazine. Since I-Cast we have already made another 32,000 unit order and have added our new line of poppers. The pictures of the poppers are just a prototype, the new ones will have much larger eyes. Get down to Sportsmans Wholesale and pick yours up today. Any new charter captains that want to use the jigs and poppers reach out to me directly.

I haven’t been posting much lately, because we just haven’t been able to keep up with the orders. We put our biggest order ever (almost 15,000 blitz jigs) in Sportsmans Wholesale on June 5th and I was asked to make a new order over the weekend. We have one new color for this year and two new sizes. Get down to Sportsmans and pick yours up. Any companies that want to buy wholesale, reach out to Sportsmans as well. We are currently in every state on the Atlantic and the Gulf as well as 6 different countries. We’ve got some new lures in the works and should be able to introduce them to the public soon. Any charters that want to reorder, or start using our lures reach out to me directly. The blitz jigs have been on fire for the Spanish, blues, and small jacks, and the wreck havocs have been producing snappers, seabass, grunts, jacks, and groupers.

We had really good fishing today on the jigs. All the sea bass you wanted on the wreck havocs, jigged off the bottom. On the surface we had a pretty non stop albie bite the whole time we were out there.

We had excellent seabass fishing today. The electric chicken and the custom brown/black were the hottest two colors today. We tried out a few other colors today as well that we haven’t shown anybody yet. I was extremely happy with one of them. Get down to Sportsmans Wholesale and pick yours up. The 3 ounce wreck havocs are perfect for all bottom fish from about 130 feet and in.

We’ve sea bass fished a couple days lately and it’s been pretty amazing. The wreck havocs have been the bait of choice by far. They are catching the bigger class of fish over the guys using bucktails and chicken rigs, and they last forever. We are going to make a small order of custom wreck havocs. They will be the burnt orange, and the black/brown. These are two of my favorite colors. Each one of these has to be done individually by hand so we have never sold any before. Send me a message if anyone wants any. They will be 12.00 each. We also have added some new sizes and colors to the line-up this year. They will be in stores hopefully by the end of the month. All the Sportsmans Wholesale stores will have them, and through their wholesale division they will be in about fifty more stores this year already.

The fishing has been excellent the last few days. They are definitely eating the casted jigs much better than anything trolled. There is a lot of fish around right now and the bait is thick near the inlets. This fall should be exceptional from the sand. We’ve also caught a couple little albies mixed in with the Spanish. I haven’t been posting much on here lately but the fishing has been pretty good. We’ve been catching them by casting and trolling the blitz jigs. Look at the size of the fish in the first two pictures, it ate a 1oz blitz jig in the electric chicken color.
