This business has been in operation for approximately 40 years by Toni and Dale Fangue. However, the business was recently purchased by Dawn Pennison, who has been the floral designer at Dale's for 11 years. She has been a licensed floral designer for 13 years. The business is located in the heart of the Tri-City area on 715 Federal Avenue in the Historic Down Town Morgan City.
