WHAT’S NEW WEDNESDAY!! Strawberry Caramel Peanut Fudge. Inspired by the hard-to-find Snickers Berry Whip candy bars imported from Brazil and India. We all know Craig loves a challenge and this time he scored a “Golazo”!! For those of you not following the World Cup…it simply means this flavor is truly magnificent.

WARNING BAD PUN ALERT!! Craig’s Sherbet Fudge is a SURE BET… there aren’t two Rs in sherbet but there “are” in extraordinary and this flavor is extraordinarily delicious!! Sorry, I can’t resist…the fudge or the puns!!

Thank you Craig for perfectly recreating one of my most cherished food memories! My father, Leonard Wood, was accomplished at so many things. Many people who knew him would likely be surprised that one of his super powers was baking pies! His lemon meringue pie was the ultimate treat at our house (although my brother John would argue it was the chocolate cream pie…chocolate wins over anything in his world!). Craig never had a chance to meet my Dad or taste one of his pies but somehow he is able to capture that tart, creamy taste and texture of Dad’s lemon meringue pie. Every time Craig makes this flavor I smile and remember the first man whole stole my heart…yes, I’m a self proclaimed Daddy’s girl. ❤️
