Oftentimes at our events, we get asked, "what is freeze dried candy?"

Freeze-dried candy is regular candy that has been through a freeze-drying process which removes the moisture by first freezing it then placing the candy into a strong vacuum which sublimates the ice into v***r.

A.K.A. Freeze Dried Candy is your favorite sweet treat crafted into a puffy or crunchy snack!

We had a great time this weekend delivering our freeze dried candies to Glen Alpine Elementary School at their PTO Spring Fling and to the citizens of at the Community College Small Vendor Fair!

We're so excited to officially introduce Lawson's Freeze Dried Candy! Our mission is to deliver high-quality homemade freeze dried candy to Burke County and the surrounding areas.

Here's what you need to know about our business:
- Our candies are available for purchase at local vendor events and festivals (we'll post about upcoming events each week!)
- Each week, we will have freeze dried skittles, fruit roll-ups, and peach rings. These candies will always be available at our events.
- At each event, we will also have limited edition candies which will only be available for purchase at certain events.
