Congratulations to Grom and the rest of the Top 4 in tonight's Palworld OCG Grand Challengers Cup!

They played a masterful game, and walked away with some additional prize packs along with an exclusive Lovander – Heartstealer EPR-011 PR card! As our event winner, Grom received a serial-numbered Jormuntide Ignis – Savage Lava Dragon EPR-010 PR card!

If you'd like to join the Palworld fun, we run regular weekly tournaments every Thursday at 6pm. Demos available for those who want to learn how to play!

We’re back with another 30th Celebration update! Scheduled to release tomorrow are Booster Bundles and the Mini Tins. As with ETBs, distributors have been told that products cannot arrive before the release date, so we will not have products on our shelves when our gates open.

Customers may line up at our front gate once the mall doors open. Spots in line cannot be held, saved, or joined by others, and unattended placeholders such as chairs are not permitted. When we open at 11am, we'll take orders at the counter on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bundles and tins will be priced at MSRP with a limit of one total 30th Celebration item per person while supplies last. We cannot guarantee specific artwork for those who request tins, and customers who already have an existing preorder for a Booster Bundle may not request a second one tomorrow. We appreciate your understanding as we work to get these products into the hands of other fans who don't yet have anything set aside.

Once our bundles and tins arrive and are processed, we'll send Ready for Pickup emails to everyone with an order in our system, including prior preorders. Orders must be picked up by the person who placed them within seven days with valid ID. Unclaimed orders will be canceled and resold.

A final note - anyone who is rude or aggressive toward our staff or another Pokémon fan forfeits their ability to purchase. We're all here for the same reason: our love of Pokémon and our excitement for this release. Let's make sure everyone has a great experience!
