Parks & Recreation Director

Salary: $60–75k

The City of Morrilton is seeking a full-time Parks and Recreation Director to direct the operation and maintenance of all City Parks, Community Center, Swimming Pool, Skate Park, Playland Bowling Alley & Skating Rink, Recreation Programs, and future endeavors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Parks and Recreation or a closely related field with a minimum of one year of supervisory experience in Parks and Recreation management preferred. Candidates must have strong oral and written communication skills, public relations ability, knowledge of recreational activities and programming, computer proficiency, and comfort serving in a leadership role.

Beginning salary negotiable with experience. The City of Morrilton offers an excellent benefits package.
