Vacations never seem long enough, but we’re ready to get back and love on some more families. ❤️❤️
👋For those that are new here and haven’t been to one of our sales, WELCOME!!!! 👋 Here’s a few facts that may make your experience a little better.
🍁We post our sale dates a couple of months in advance so you can mark your calendars. Once we have access to the homes, we’ll start posting pictures on-line. That is usually a week before the sale starts. https://www.heirloomtreasurestn.com/upcoming-sales
🍁We share the address and other sale details the DAY before each sale starts. It will always be on Facebook or the link above.
🍁It’s not unusual for lines to start two hours before the doors open depending on what’s in the house. Don’t be surprised if you arrive ten minutes before opening and you’re #100.
🍁Parking? Well, we never have the same situation twice. Trust us, we stress out about that a lot. We want to provide the most perfect and ideal experience every time, but life just doesn’t work that way. However, we’ll give as many details before the sale as we can so you know what to expect. If it’s not right for you, we understand.
🍁If you love crowds and have a competitive spirit, come early. If not, we would suggest waiting until about halfway through the sale day to visit. The crowds are gone by then so you can park closer and shop without the stress. Aaaaand, we can visit and chat more!!!!
🍁We know you’d really like to know all of the prices before coming and we understand. Unfortunately, we just can’t share that. Not so much because it’s a big secret, but when eight people are pricing thousands of items in a house, it’s impossible to commit that to memory. Plus, that’s all part of the treasure hunt!!!!
🍁Do we sell items before the sale starts?? Occasionally, we will have some large pieces we need out of the way for space. We may choose to sell those before the sale and will post them on our page and Marketplace. We will never pre-sell items that have been advertised as being available on sale day. It’s all first come, first serve.
🍁Are we professional movers?? Nope. Sorry. We ask that you bring help to move all of the furniture purchased. For liability reasons, our staff cannot assist. They tend to avoid breaking things. Like, their bones.
🍁We do accept cash, debit and credit cards and we don’t charge you a fee or have a $$ limit for purchases.
