Tree of Life, painted for my friends at Mid-South Transplant Foundation in Memphis, who routinely provide life-saving organs to patients in need and comfort to families who have lost loved ones. The tree is two intertwined as one to represent the connection between donor and recipient, and the background could be either sunrise or sunset, because life is a continuous cycle of both beginnings and endings.
