Bohemian Cricket Boutique is growing, and we’re looking for some new faces to join our beautifully chaotic little crew! 🖤

We’re not your average boutique, and we’re not looking for average energy!

We’re looking for someone who loves people, has a little personality, isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, and can roll with the creative chaos!

🌿 What we’re looking for:

A friendly, outgoing personality with great customer service skills
Retail and sales experience (a huge plus!)
A love for plants — bonus points if you can keep them alive!
Creativity and an interest in fashion, DIY projects, and our plant studio
Someone dependable, motivated, and willing to learn
A team player who can jump in wherever needed

✨ What you’ll be doing:

Helping customers find their next favorite outfit, learning about plants, assisting with our creative experiences, keeping the store looking fabulous, and helping us build something special right here in Morristown!

Experience is great, but personality, work ethic, and a willingness to learn mean just as much to us!
