Happy national cheesesteak day!

Just like the the declaration, this classic was made in Philly, and today the country honors it for the American original that it is. Now, we aren't trying to change the cheesesteak game. To us, the simple traditional is king... but this combination is inspired by the Philly icon, and it certainly isn't going hurt anyone's feelings to have a dash of Philadelphia flavor to add to anything that you wish.

We captured the sweet caramelized onions, the savory steak, that perfect roll, and of course, the whiz, and crammed it into a convenient 3 oz. shaker jar.

If you're stuck with minute steak in pinch, this is your guy. Want something different to season that strip steak on the grill? Same jar has you covered. Works great on chicken thighs, pork chops, broiled veggies, french fries and baked potatoes. Make it a dry rub with a little bit of extra salt. Add it to olive oil for an excellent dipping oil for bread with any meal. As always, we want to hear what you're using it on!

After many delays due to all this insane supply chain crap, we are finally able to announce the debut of the KRAMPUS KILLER. VERY limited run of 50 bottles for this holiday season. 15 sold yesterday at the Broken Goblet, so we're only sitting on 35, and they won't last long. This is a hot one. Beautiful white color derived from aji fantasy white peppers and lichi juice. Peppery and flavorful, with hints of chocolate and mint. When we promised big things in the works, we meant it. We have sourced the world's most intense source of capsaicin. 15.6 million Scoville units, in pure crystal form, made from organic peppers. This stuff is a little concerning to play with 🤣. The solution is made with organic grain alcohol, but the alcohol intake will be less than that found in a glass of orange juice. Not available to the public in raw form (there are some hoops to jump through still because of the dispersing solution), but we will be using it in some upcoming releases.
