Paine's Christmas Trees For 60+ years, Paine's has been providing choose and cut Fraser Fir trees. Max Paine, Sr. planted his first Christmas tree in 1958.

For almost 60 years, Paine's Christmas Trees has been operating on the family homestead on Route 100 in Morrisville, Vermont. Paine's is a 65-acre choose and cut tree farm specializing in the premiere Fraser Fir tree. We also sell garland, wreathes, kissing balls, and have a great little onsite gift shop with unique ornaments, and other decorations.

We are out of Christmas trees and our fields are closed for the season (unless you previously tagged a tree) but we still have wreaths available and our gift shop is open!

As we prepare for another busy weekend, we just wanted to remind people to please be mindful of a couple things.

1. Our driveway has an ENTRANCE and an EXIT clearly marked with signs. We ask that you PLEASE use the entrance at 4858 Laporte Rd when entering the tree farm. When exiting, please drive around to the EXIT which is on the south side of the farm, closer to Stowe. On high traffic days, using the wrong driveway can cause major issues and delays (including a few car accidents!)

2. We ask that all dogs are leashed. This is for the safety of staff, patrons, and your pets.

🎄The 2025 Christmas tree season begins this coming Saturday November 15th!🎄

Hours of operation are 9am to 5pm everyday. Thanksgiving (11/27) hours are 9am to 1pm.

Choose-and-cut and pre-cut trees, wreaths, garland, kissing balls, and arrangements are all available. To ensure availability, we recommend pre-ordering.

We can’t wait to see you all so soon!

Beginning today, December 16th, 2024, we will not be offering choose and cut trees for the remainder of the 2024 season. Our fields are CLOSED unless you previously tagged a tree.

We have a large selection of local, fresh pre-cut trees for you to choose from.

Additionally, we are SOLD OUT of wreaths and garland. We produced more than we ever have in the past and thanks to our loyal customers, new & returning, we sold out! THANK YOU!

Please be sure to check out the gift shop for any last minute ornaments, candles, Paine’s merch, local & handmade items, and so much more! We are open 9-5 everyday through the 23rd. We CLOSE for the season at noon on Christmas Eve.
