Tyler embodies what it means to lead with hard work, dedication, and a genuine commitment to the people around him. As a third-generation owner of MPBS, he proudly carries on the legacy of a family-owned business while creating a workplace that truly feels like family.
Giving back to the community has always been one of Tyler's priorities. Whether he's sponsoring a local t-ball team, donating items for a community fundraiser, or supporting organizations that make a difference, he is always willing to lend a helping hand.
Tyler's connection to MPBS began long before he became its leader. As a kid, you could often find him riding his bike through the warehouse. Today, that tradition continues as his sons, Grayson and Jordy, enjoy spending time with their dad at the store. His wife, Rachal, can often be found browsing the beautiful plants and pottery in the garden center.
Tyler, thank you for your unwavering dedication, leadership, and the countless hours you have invested in making MPBS such a special place to work. Your passion, vision, and more than 21 years of service have helped shape who we are today, and we are grateful for everything you do for our employees, customers, and community.
