I just finished this 3’x4’ Hand Twined Rug to put in the Spring Valley Family Tree Farm Gift Shop on Saturday.
I call this one “Misty Morning”.
When I make this size rug it takes about 20 yards of fleece cut into about 2” strips. Then I twine it by hand on a specially made loom. This one took me from start to finish 18-20 hours of work time. There are never any two alike. Each is a one-of-a-kind.
The rugs can be machine washed and dried. They will not shrink, fade or ravel.
They are very durable and will last for many, many years.

I really like the greys, white and light blue combination of this rug. I hope you do too.

I will also have several of the smaller 2’x3’ rugs there too. Perfect for in front of the sink or in front of the door.

I just finished this denim rug. It has a subtle variation of darker denim on top, center and bottom. With lighter denim in between.
It is 2’x3’.
It took almost 14 pairs of jeans to make this one.
I call it “Country Strong”.
It will be very durable and could last virtually for ever!! Great for inside your door.

I will be offering it for sale at Mrs Claus Bazaar this Saturday Oct 29th.

I finally got off my lazy behind and finished one of my
Larger Hand Twined Rugs. This is 3’x4’
It takes almost 20 yards of fleece fabric to complete. And approx 24-28 hours of work time.
I sold almost all my larger ones over Christmas, so time to replenish my stock.
This rug is a blend of soft neutral colors with lots of texture. It is enhanced with a soft buttery yellow for contrast.
I call it “Spring Morning Sunshine”
