We might be a day late but yesterday we made it to the 6th year mark of owning and operating Moscow's downtown outdoor gear store. We are the third owners and are loving it! 37 years total for Hyperspud Sports!

Led my first trail project with Idaho Trails Association in the NF Coeur d'Alene River area. It was incredible to join 10 other women in clearing brush and logs on 1.5 miles of forgotten trail. We removed 130 logs using a cross-cut saw and other hand saws! We also stayed at a FS cabin and enjoyed delicious meals and great camaraderie only forged by women in the great outdoors.

The Selway Bitterroot Frank Church Foundation (SBFC) will be tabling at Art Walk tomorrow from 4-7pm. Please swing by and help decorate tree cookies for the National Christmas tree coming from our nearby Nez-Perce Clearwater National Forest! Idahoans are needing to contribute 10,000 handmade ornaments!

We are so excited to display Cairn Cartographics brand new map of “the Wildest Place” which includes the Selway-Bitterroot, Frank Church River of no Return, & Gospel Hump Wilderness areas. This is the largest continuous Wilderness area in the lower 48 states! These 3 areas make up 3.87 million acres! Come take a look at this incredible map!

Backpacking trip to the Wallowas in NE Oregon this past weekend. Incredibly beautiful! It ended up snowing overnight and we woke up to a June winter wonderland. Sunny skies made for a beautiful loop hike on snow and bare trail mix to Mirror Lake with views of Eagle Cap.
