Last Friday was definitely one of those days when I questioned why I do this.. the day started off great then the winds hit 🌬️ if you live in Washington state, you know what I’m talking about. 4 buckets I had harvested fell over spilling the water & the flowers hit the muddy dirt. It’s just me out there harvesting..I only have so much time to cut everything I need for the market on Saturday, so set backs affect everything including my mood. 🫠
Let’s just say I had a little mental breakdown then gathered myself to finish strong because what else am I going to do..
This isn’t a hobby for me, this is my job & I’ve always had goals for myself & my business. Like most people, I have a family to feed & take care of & we all know how expensive everything is.. it’s hard. It took me three years to hit my goal for a Saturday market & we did it this Saturday! When you choose to shop our locally grown flowers it doesn’t go unnoticed, we appreciate all of our customers & friends who stopped by on Saturday & spent their hard earned money with us. Your smiles, kind words & checking in on us means so much & more. Thank you! 🫶🏻😭💐
