Yesterday, Sunday April 14th, due to high winds, a fire that started in our mulch yard escalated quickly and spread to the surrounding buildings here at Frey Agricultural Products. This fire occurred at our main location on Woodville road, in Mount Airy.
While we are left devastated from this catastrophic event, we are so grateful that no one was hurt, including all of our animals that are safe and completely unharmed. God is good. All the time.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the multiple fire departments and emergency services that responded to the fire. These men and women worked tirelessly throughout the night, several of which who are still here continuing their efforts.
We are incredibly humbled by the countless number of calls, texts, and messages of concern and support, and for the people who showed up yesterday and jumped right in to help. We saw you, and we are so very grateful.
Thank you to our community for the prayers of love and support, and to our neighbors that we know were affected by the road closure and smoke, among other things.
To all of our loyal customers, we are still operating. We are trying our best to get things back up and running as smoothly as possible right now, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
