I am a designer and artist in Mt.

Clemens, Michigan and I create my own collection of Cosplay, Jewelry and props; as well as a number of other hand crafted gifts. My greatest source of inspiration is my family. I love my traditional Irish American family and most specifically my twin sister, Milinda. To be fraternal twins is still considered rare but to make things more unusual my sister, Milinda, was diagnosed at birth with down

syndrome. She loves animals, jewelry, art and fashion. So most of my creations are made with her in mind. She herself has begun to create art and has opened her own Etsy. So keep an eye out for Mina Made Accessories to pop up in my feed to buy her products. We have had a lot of challenges in life, but it is my belief the harder the road the stronger the person for having walked it.

Ugh! Thank you so much to all the friends who gave advice and MASSIVE shout out to my little brother who came out on Saturday to help rip out flooring. This definitely turned into such a big project but I really could not stand that nasty tile in this room a moment longer and now the kids will have safe clean floors to play on.

Tips for next time…

Work from the inside out.

Laminate clicks better small tab in from above rather than putting the large tab underneath

Glue is helpful bit very TINY amounts

A level is important

Be careful of where the saw is sitting (oops) cause it can ding up the floors if it’s laying down wrong

Patience, rest and lots of hydration!
