🍁 It’s that time of year again!! 🍁

Come join us for Vermont Maple Open House Weekend at our sugar house! March 21st - 22nd! We’re excited to welcome friends, families, and maple lovers to experience the magic of sugaring season right here in Vermont.

Come see how pure Vermont maple syrup is made, from sap to syrup, and take a walk through the sugar house while the evaporator is boiling. (Weather permitting)

You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at the maple process, learn how maple syrup is produced, ask questions, and of course sample some fresh syrup. Whether you’re a longtime maple fan or visiting a sugar house for the first time, we’d love to share the tradition with you.

Preparations are in full swing for the impending sap flow, with Mark Jr. cleaning tanks for sap storage, Mark Sr. in the woods, identifying and fixing leaks, and Austin preparing for his inaugural sap collection run in his orchard.

Maple Monday! Maple Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 Tbsp water
1 tsp butter
1 cup milk
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large marshmallows, cut into slivers
whipped cream

Instructions:
In a small saucepan on medium heat, mix all the ingredients together. Do not allow to boil. Remove from heat when the marshmallows are melted.
Pour into a mug, and top with whipped cream. Drizzle some extra maple syrup on top

🍁- Little Maple update here on the Farm! -🍁

Busy is an understatement! The gang has been working hard to get this project wrapped up and ready for the 2026 season.

We are looking forward to our new and improved operation with some great advancements to help out overall efficency, while driving the same quality standard we shoot for.

Our new 5’x16’ CDL Master with a handful of automated features will help make those long boils a walk in the park!

A big thanks to Josselyn Brother construction for amazing job on our special project. Wes, Ethan and team have done an outstanding job.

Stay tuned as the season will be underway!
