Marie Laveau, the most well known Voodoo queen of New Orleans, was born a free woman of color on September 10, 1801. She was a devoted Catholic, a healer, a mother, a beautician, an entrepreneur, conjuror and spiritual guide. Marie did not discriminate and gained followers and clients from all classes of life, from social-elites to prison inmates and all in between. Her kindness and her gifts make her the most powerful, remembered, respected, loved, and probably the most famous witch in history. She is known for healing, blessing, purification, help with legal matters, matters of the heart, and being able to fix the most impossible situations. She was a woman of great personal power and talent. Marie Laveau is called upon today by many who seek her knowledge, wisdom, and guidance. Her spirit can be called upon for assistance with matters of Love, Healing, Empowerment, Divination, Legal, Business, Finances, and Hard Situations in general. 💜

Life is funny. I bought a couple random items off Vinted, this being one of them. It came today. I had no idea it was for health, which I obviously need. The listing just said "folk art." And I didn't know it would have this paper still folded along the back, or that it was a Pearline doll. I've got it all cleansed and charged and chilling on my altar for now 🖤
