NOMINATE A TEACHER: Tuesday, Oct. 5, is recognized as World Teachers' Day and is celebrated globally. Locally, in partnership with Thurman's Pro-Med Pharmacy, we want you to nominate someone who gives so much to so many every single day. Starting today, Thurman's Pro-Med Pharmacy, will sponsor this nomination contest each month through next May 2027.
Here's how it works:
1. Nominate a teacher (or school staff member) working at a district in the Tri-County area (Titus, Camp and Morris Counties) as well as Franklin County
2. Tag (if you can) the person you are nominating and tell us where (campus/district) he/she works plus tag two more people!
3. Share this post to your page!

A nomination will be drawn and a winner selected to represent all of the hardworking men and women who educate and care for our local students. The winner will receive a special gift of goodies worth $50+! The winner will be contacted to set up a time to pick up the prize and take a picture with staff at Thurman’s Pro-Med Pharmacy in Mount Pleasant. Be sure to nominate that special person before midnight this Friday, Oct. 9.
