Fresh batch of Sacred Fire Powder! One of my favorite goodies to make ever. Made with flower petals I’ve gathered through spring and summer, ground up by hand, with prayers and love ❤️ This batch is rose petals, calendula, bougainvillea, gardenia, lavender and a few white orchid flowers. I then add in some yummy essential oils of rose, lavender, palo santo, bergamot, neroli and sweet orange ✨
How to use: my favorite way to use the fire powder is on a sacred fire outside with the stars above. Hold your fire powder in your hands, set your prayers and intentions for healing, letting go, bringing forward new ideas and manifestations, or just offering gratitude for all your life blessings. Blow into the fire, watch it spark and dance and breathe in the delicious aromas.
Save some for when the fire is now coals, and repeat. Extra sparky and extra aromatic.
You can also use a charcoal round and a burner in your home for incense, or bless a candle top once the wax is a bit melty.
Can also use for despacho, added to some paper with your prayers and intentions and gratitude, fold, bury in an offering to pachama or burn in a sacred fire. So many ways to use! 💜🩵💕✨

A couple of days ago I was having an incredibly hard day, and was missing home in Hawai’i something awful! Then looked up in the sky and this incredible double rainbow was right in front of me!
Home is definitely where the heart is! 💜💕❤️

There’s a very special thing that happens every now and then. It’s called “Spirit Writing”. It happens when Spirit has a message for you and your healing. When you soak a hide for creating a drum or rattle, you don’t see it in the hide. Then after it is dried and made into the healing tool, the “writing” shows up. It’s incredible! And doesn’t happen often.
I was asked to make a custom horse hide rattle with a Mount Shasta pine wood handle, adorned with Smokey quartz.
This is the message for them, JOY! 🤩
Exactly the medicine needed! 💕❤️💜

Isn’t she lovely?? Oh how I love the glow of the Golden Goddess Face Oil! Mmmmmm mmmmmm good! This nourishing oil is so good for all skin types, and smells divine!
It starts with an infusion of lavender, calendula, rose and chamomile herbs in apricot and castor oil for a moon cycle. The I add in essential oils of lavender, chamomile, rose geranium, bergamot and carrot seed.

We touched into topics such as “feeling safe”, “uncertain about the future”, “stress and anxiety about money”, and “feeling scared to open up again after divorce”. We practiced some Emotional Release Therapy where you feel what’s being held in the body, then release these feelings with a simple, yet profoundly effective technique that you can use for any emotions.
