Great video from Emma Colbert Art - what to do when the (pastel) chips are down!

I've spent all week making this video while fighting off a cold. It took days to both film and complete the task of cleaning my pastels and sticking some of the crushed pigment back together. What an experience my wee dog Django gifted me by dancing my pastels into dust. I think it worked out pretty well.

Thanks so much to everyone who's reached out regarding the floods this week in Skagit Valley. Our pastels, and most importantly our team, are all safe and dry. Our thoughts are with everyone displaced and still on evacuation, and elsewhere in the region where damages have been severe.

What this means: we are severely short staffed and USPS & UPS pickups are also limited. If you ordered this week, expect a 2-3 day delay to get your package on the road. A delay this close to the holidays is not ideal - we're very grateful for your patience at this time. Please reach Customer Service at [email protected] with any questions or concerns about timing.
