Our home is filling up with grace — and a few practical things would go a long way this week! If you're able to bless our residents, here's what we're currently in need of:

As we work toward the grand reopening of p4g THRIFT, we have an exciting opportunity to apply for grant funding that would help us continue improving the store and expanding its impact. One of the most important parts of our application is letters of support from people like you!

If you've ever shopped, donated, volunteered, or been blessed by p4g THRIFT, we'd be incredibly grateful if you would take just a few minutes to write a short letter of support.

Right now, we’re looking for a Residential Program Manager (House Manager) to help lead the daily life of our residential home — someone who is organized, spiritually grounded, compassionate, and confident providing structure and leadership in a home where healing & growth happen every day.

This is more than a job.
It’s an opportunity to walk alongside brave women who have chosen life for their babies & help create a stable, Christ-centered environment where transformation can take place.

The right person will:
✨ Love Jesus & be active in their church
✨ Believe deeply in the value of life
✨ Be a strong, steady leader who can provide both grace & accountability
✨ Thrive in a structured, mission-driven environment

This is a full-time live-in role, open to single women or married women (spouse welcome to live in the home as well).

Are you passionate about community, retail, and mission-driven work? p4g THRIFT — a boutique thrift shop in Mount Vernon, Ohio — is hiring a Thrift Shop Manager to lead our shop operations and support the life-changing ministry of Place 4 Grace.

At p4g THRIFT, you’ll create a warm, inviting shopping experience every purchase supports maternity housing and support services for local moms and babies.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead & manage daily thrift shop operations
• Recruit, inspire and coordinate volunteers
• Organize donations and maintain shop displays
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Support fundraising and community events

What We’re Looking For:
✨ Retail or thrift coordination experience
✨ Strong organizational & leadership skills
✨ Big heart for mission-focused work
✨ Team player who loves working with people
