UPDATE: Packrat's has been back to regular posted hours for quite awhile now
Packrat's Stash is open today and hoping to be back to regular posted hours moving forward with the exception of opening time tomorrow.
Tomorrow, Monday July 20th Packrat's will open as soon as I can get back to town after a Doctor visit I am estimating around 2 PM. I also reserve the right to alter hours if necessary for my recovery.
Please come in soon!

Packrat's is temporarily closed while I recover from a serious auto accident. Sorry for any inconvenience.

It's been awhile since I made any posts. I thought this was cool and I went down the rabbit hole doing some research. I believe this is an Army Calvary Armor branch brass tank over sabres belt buckle on a web pistol/equipment belt. The buckle style is probably mid century. I hope I am correct. I thought I would share since I spent so much time figuring that out. Lol
Packrat's tries to keep a nice selection of belts, belt buckles and well...everything else!
Stop by and find the treasure you have been hunting.

Packrat's Stash will be CLOSED on NEW YEAR'S EVE. That means we will be OPEN EVERY DAY UNTIL NEW YEAR'S EVE. If you have more guests than expected on Thanksgiving day and need extra chairs...Packrat's will be open! Break your turkey platter? Run out of silverware? Just want to walk off the meal? Dress for the cold because I don't have a budget for heating and cooling but I do have pretty much everything else "cool" that you can imagine.

On January 1 Packrat's goes back to normal hours which are:
Sunday Noon-5
Monday Noon-7
Tuesday Closed
Wednesday Noon-4
Thursday Noon-7
Friday 10-7
Saturday 10-7

**November & December Tuesday hours Noon-7

Where can you find the best selection of (used) books outside of a dedicated bookstore? Packrat's Stash of course! There is a great selection of magazines as well.

It has been awhile since I posted any photos but, sometimes the stuff is so cool you just can't put it straight on the shelf without acknowledging it's beauty.

I have given up on daily photos lately and just been filling the shelves back up. But, a few things just insisted on getting their picture taken...

Doing my research thing here and it looks to me like this is a can style that was used between 1940-1960 but blue seems to be a color that wasn't used as much. Sometimes I get sucked down that rabbit hole of how rare is it...?
