Bargains Galore Thrift Store We are a nonprofit store providing funds to Mount Vernon Christian for more affordable tuition. Thus, our small thrift store was born.

Bargains Galore Thrift Store began in 1994 on a shoestring budget and with a lot of prayer. Non-profit status was procured, a store front was found, a name was chosen, and local church members were asked for donations. That small store doubled, then tripled in size. In 2010, our lease was up and we knew a bigger store was needed. As a result, we moved 2 blocks south to a larger facility. Thank you for continuing to make our store a success!
