Born and raised in Mt. Vernon, IL., Eric graduated St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 2003, leading to the purchase of the Medicine Shoppe in 2009 from his father, Rick.

C*D Law has changed in the pharmacy world and will take effect this November/December.
To remain compliant, our pharmacy has decided to transition away from the previously provided C*D products, meaning we will have everything on sale.

What is the change?
While originally targeted at intoxicating h**p products (like Delta-8), the language creates a sweeping structural change that forces many standard, non-intoxicating full-spectrum C*D products to be reclassified as Schedule I controlled substances. Previously, h**p products were legal if they contained less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. The new law introduces an absolute metric: finished consumer products can not exceed 0.4 milligrams of total THC per container.
