We've got a new shipment in, and this one is extra sweet — say hello to our newest puppet friends! There's Honeypot, Zozo, Leonard (who surprised us all with his deep, funny voice), and Dizzy, who is every bit as charming as her name suggests.

We're open Monday through Friday from 9 to 5:30 — perfect for popping in after Mother's Day Out drop-off. Saturdays we're here from 10 to 5, and during the holiday season we open up on Sundays too so you have even more time to shop.

We're so excited to share two beautiful new arrivals at george.! The first is a gorgeous candle from CC, the home fragrance line from hometown favorite Courteney Cox — a name that feels close to home for so many of us in Birmingham. The scent is natural and lovely, never overpowering, just the way we like it.

We also just brought in the most stunning bowls featuring a butterfly motif, available in several sizes along with matching coasters. With gift-giving season right around the corner, these are exactly the kind of thoughtful finds worth adding to your list.

It's time for a Squeezy Update here at Snoozy's Kids! We're fully stocked on all the favorites — Nee-Doh, Hot Shots, Ice Baby, Ooh-Zees, stretchy Goo Jitzu, and those satisfying squishy dumplings. This round also brought something new: adorable squishies made especially for puppy lovers, including a sleek little designer-inspired bag toy that's just as fun to squeeze as it is to look at.

We also restocked our favorite scent refills, so there's truly something for kids (and puppy lovers) of every age. Come see — and squeeze — it all for yourself at our Mountain Brook store!

We are officially members of the Jellycat Society, and the newest Halloween arrivals prove exactly why! We just unboxed the cutest lineup — Peanut the ghost (who always shows up in a new outfit), a Halloween cat, a gargoyle, a vampire drink, and a garlic to keep the vampires away. Birthday cake plush have also made their long-awaited return, and there's a brand-new soccer ball with a squeaky whistle for the little athletes in your life.

Can you believe it's already time for our annual tent sale here in Crestline? This is one of our favorite weeks of the year, and we can't wait to see everyone out shopping the deals.

Here's a little insider tip for our Snoozy's friends: while the sale is officially set to start Saturday, we always open a day early on Friday. It's not exactly a secret anymore, but we like to let our regulars in on it — first pick of the sale, before the crowds arrive Saturday morning.

Good news for anyone who's been waiting — the new Scout patterns we ordered months ago have finally arrived at Snoozy's Kids! We're already on our second and third reorder because these prints are just that good, and they cover everything from lunchboxes to pencil cases.

Whether you're getting the kids ready for the first day back or just need a little something fun for yourself, these are a great pick. We do have more coming in soon, but our favorite patterns tend to sell out quickly, so we'd love for you to come see them in person while they're here.

We love getting toy recommendations straight from the source, so this week we asked a 6-year-old to walk us through her favorites at Snoozy's Kids. Her first pick? A puzzle — chosen entirely because it's purple, and honestly, we can't argue with that logic. She also showed us a light-up toy where pressing a button reveals a hidden dog, and a water-filled toy where a good shake makes a hidden animal magically appear.
