In 2025, Hartline captured the Touring Outlaw Modified Series championship, winning several times on tour at tracks like Rocket Raceway Park and Hunt County Raceway, as well as at Southern Oklahoma Speedway.

He also collected 17 top-five finishes and 25 top-10s for his efforts in 30 starts!
