Okay friends let’s have a little real talk time!

My current business model isn’t cutting it. My level of customer service is not reflected in the customer respect I receive. Too often am I left on read, used as a storage facility, left to beg for payment and or pick up.

I let too much slide and that’s on me. I can make rules or charge fees but I also can’t enforce them. I can not force you to pick up your items, to pay for them in a timely manner, to pay late fees or storage fees etc.

What I can do is try to make things easier on myself.

I am actively seeking a booth in an antique store scenario. What does this mean for you guys? In theory, I still advertise pieces from this page and advertise the store I’m in, but pick up would be from the facility. It would be buy there pay there. No holds. First to see it and pay for it gets it. Some larger items i imagine would still be by my current arrangements such as dining tables or extra large dressers.

This would almost eliminate tracking people down, messaging over and over just to get a response.

I’m still looking for the right space in the right town. Maybe it can expand to multiple places in multiple towns but I will keep people updated as the time comes. Just be aware that what has happened in the past will not be our future scenario!

Thanks for reading my ramblings if you made it this far!
