C and M Trophy Co stands for creativity, collaboration, and customer service. Owner Chuck Mellinger served in and as a civilian employee for the United States Coast Guard for over 19 years and is a disabled Veteran. He did busniess with C & M Trophy while he worked for the Coast Guard, and once mentioned to the owner, at that time, "If you ever want to sell let me know". "I liked the Coast Guard because it was all about helping people and this was a natural transition for that. Awards and Recognition is such a positive, happy, and very fulfilling business."
