50 years ago, Tom & Gale Whyte opened up a little storage yard off the Boeing Freeway and figured they'd give it a shot.

A lot has changed in Mukilteo since 1976. We (Tom & Gale) haven't changed much, especially in our belief that if you take care of people, they'll take care of you back. Turns out that's still true.

We've met so many of you over the years — helped you move, helped you downsize, held onto your grandma's china for a few months, your boat for a few winters. Some of you have been renting from us since all of our kids were little. We appreciate all of you.

Thank you, Mukilteo. Fifty years of this town trusting us with their stuff is not something we take lightly.
