After stepping away, I'm thrilled to rediscover my purpose. It was bittersweet to leave a place I helped build, but I knew it was time to pass the torch. Businesses evolve, and while change can be challenging, it's also what makes growth possible. Though the business I loved had transformed, its heart remained the same, and I'm grateful for the incredible journey and the chance to have been a part of it. The love and dedication that went into that venture will always be a testament to the power of community.
I'm not suited for a traditional corporate role, but I believe in the strength of human connection. That's why we're launching Colby's Premium Thrift, where every individual matters. We're putting our vision into action, and in July, we'll open the doors to what we believe will be an extraordinary thrift store, guided by the principles that make people truly count.
