Federal Appeals Court: Cannabis Patients Have Gun Rights!

The court agreed with medical cannabis patients who said federal gun laws violated their Second Amendment rights — and ruled their case can move forward!

The judges said the lower court was wrong to throw the case out early — but ⚖️ they did NOT strike down the law (yet).

Instead, the case is headed back for a full hearing.

👉 Translation: This isn’t the final word, but it’s a major step forward for gun rights and medical ma*****na patients.

Post Office Carry Ban Deemed Unconstitutional!

A Florida federal judge ruled the ban on carrying fi****ms in post offices unconstitutional under the Second Amendment!

The DOJ dropped its appeal, but the ruling currently applies only to the defendant, not the public at large :(

Still, this is a major milestone—the DOJ has effectively acknowledged that prohibiting fi****ms in federal buildings raises serious Second Amendment issues

The Senate officially DEFUNDED the Veteran Gun Ban. The bill will likely pass the House & head to POTUS' desk in September.

While veterans impacted still need to be removed from the list, this is a great first step in ending the disarmament of thousands of veterans without due process.
