What an awesome signing!
Meet two authors with deep ties to Muncie at Aw Yeah Comics this Wednesday from 3 to 5pm!
Novelist and journalist Keith Roysdon and author Jill Blocker are celebrating their newest novels, Seven Angels and Happily After Ever. Meet the authors, learn about their latest books, and have your copies signed.
A Muncie native, Roysdon spent 40 years as a reporter and editor at The Star Press, earning more than 30 state and national journalism awards. He is the co-author of four acclaimed true crime books about the Muncie area (which will ALL be restocked!) and the author of the novels That October and Seven Angels. His latest thriller follows a young woman who returns to her small Tennessee hometown to help run her family's funeral home. After being named county coroner, she finds herself investigating a murder while confronting extremists, corruption, and an international trafficking ring.
Blocker, a Ball State University graduate and former Star Press intern, now lives in Switzerland. Her debut novel, What Was Beautiful and Good, explored love and freedom during the early days of the Dada art movement in World War I. Her newest novel, Happily After Ever, follows a young American navigating love, heartbreak, and self-discovery while building a life abroad. Tender, insightful, and emotionally honest, the novel explores what it means to love, belong, and redefine happily ever after in an increasingly connected world.
