First update: FUNERAL ORDERS
We're still here for you, but there are a few things to keep in mind.
The biggest thing is timing! We'll need at least 48 hours' notice for funeral orders. That gives us enough time to get the flowers, process them, and then create and deliver everything. (This is pretty standard for any specific custom orders anyway, we're just making it definitive now).
Sometimes, we might be able to squeeze in a last-minute order if we have the flowers on hand, but we can't promise that, so it's best to stick to the 48-hour window.
For families ordering for a loved one, usually you'd come in to see me and look through our books. We can still set up a time to meet so you can check out all the options. I'm happy to come to you or meet wherever works best. We can also share photos and ideas digitally if that's easier. Our main goal for funeral flowers is to make it as stress-free as possible for you and your family ❤️
